A unique feature of Sophisticated Search is the "Sophisticated Guarantee". The "Sophisticated Guarantee" is a One Year (pro-rated), money back guarantee.

This is how the Sophisticated Guarantee works:

• All placements made at our standard fee of 25% will be covered by the Sophisticated Guarantee.
• The Sophisticated Guarantee is in effect for the first twelve (12) months of the new hire's employment.
• If the new hire resigns their position or is terminated for cause, Sophisticated Search shall reimburse the client on a pro-rata basis. The pro-rata structure of the fee reimbursement is one-twelfth of the fee for each full calendar month remaining in the new hire's first year of employment.
• Certain business conditions cannot be predicted. Should the new hire leave the client company due to corporate restructuring, downsizing, right-sizing, corporate relocation, layoff or any other business necessity on behalf of the client, the Sophisticated Guarantee shall become void.
• Payment in full must be received within 30 days of the date of hire.

• Follow-up - we touch base periodically with the new employee and provide feedback to our client's managers.
