IT Consulting

Our IT consulting practice provides our clients with high-level IT professionals in areas such as Program Management, Project Management and high-level technical lead positions to develop and manage large-scale software development/implementation efforts.

Staff Augmentation

Our Staff Augmentation practice provides our clients with highly-skilled technical IT professionals to assist with software development and implementation efforts under the leadership of SSI or client project management.

Permanent Placement

Our Permanent Placement practice provides our clients with the option to hire highly-skilled IT professionals directly to their team. Our permanent placement team sources, qualifies, and presents candidates who meet or exceed the requirements of our clients.

Entry-level College Graduates

Our Entry-level college graduate program provides our clients with a contract-to-hire opportunity to acquire the talents of recent college graduates. We work directly with colleges to identify the "cream of the crop" of recent IT graduates. We interview and select the best-of-the-best and place them into our client site on a contract basis.
