Health & Welfare Benefits
- Medical and Dental insurance: Sophisticated Systems, Inc. pays 80% of the employee's
premium and 55% of the dependents premiums.
- Sophisticated Systems, Inc. offers tax-deferred dependent care and medical Flexible Spending
Account debit card reimbursement plans.
- Life Insurance: At no cost to employees, Sophisticated Systems, Inc. provides Life
Insurance at one times annual base salary. Additional life insurance
is available for eligible employees and dependents at affordable group
rates.
- Short-term and long-term disability insurance is provided by
Sophisticated Systems, Inc. at no cost to employees.
- The Sophisticated Systems, Inc. 401(k) Plan:
- Sophisticated Systems, Inc. matches $.25 on the dollar up to 6% of your contribution to
the Plan.
- You may participate after only 30 days of employment with quarterly
enrollment.
- You are fully vested after five full years of employment at 20%
per year.
